We are planning to use the QM33120W + QM14070 in our design.
In the QM14070 datasheet, I see an ICQ current of 146 mA, described as "(CW) ePA ICQ current consumption.”
Could you please clarify whether this 146 mA is the quiescent current (ICQ) of the QM14070, or does it refer to the current consumption under a specific CW operating condition?
I also see that the specified current at Psat is 155 mA, which is only about 9 mA higher than the stated ICQ value. This small difference makes me uncertain about my interpretation of the ICQ specification.
Could you please clarify the meaning of these two current specifications and the expected current consumption during TX operation and standby (Quiscent) conditions**?
