QM13345 RF models / design resources and manufacturer ID

Hi,

I’m using the QM13345 as part of an nRF9151 antenna tuning architecture and I have the public Rev. I datasheet.

Are any of the following resources available for the QM13345?

  • S-parameters / Touchstone files for the RF states
  • evaluation board or design-kit documentation
  • reference schematic / PCB layout
  • additional RF characterization or application material

If these files are not public, is there a process to request them from Qorvo?

I would also like to confirm the MIPI RFFE manufacturer ID encoding. The Rev. I datasheet shows MFG_ID[7:0] = 0xC6 and the upper manufacturer-ID field as 0x3. Can you confirm how Qorvo defines the complete manufacturer ID for the QM13345?

I have also contacted Qorvo Application Support regarding the design resources.
