I found a post here about using SCR devices in QSPICE but nothing about the PUT. Kelvin, and others, what do you think would be the easiest way to get a device model with symbol made for
CMPP6027
Download lib.zip from @bordodynov http://www.bordodynov.ltwiki.org/
There is a library file : \lib\sub\Ujt&Put.lib , and it contains a generic 6027 PUT model in it.
Replicate LTspice example that created by Helmut in groups.io as reference.
