Powering DWM3001CDK via J1 Port

Hello!
So we have been using 5 DWM3001CDKs, 4 stationary anchors and 1 mobile Tag. Making an RTLS system using DS-TWR. We need a reliable way to power the 4 anchors(responders), we are powering the tag(initiator) via J20, connected to an RPi-5.
Currently, we tried to take a 9V power source, step it down to 5V using a LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter, and we noticed that the responder was missing many readings even during clear LOS. When we connected the same 2 chips to the laptop via micro-usb, the readings were fine.

Is there any reliable way to power my UWBs without using J9 and J20 ports?
Can we use a 3.7V 2500 mAh Li-ion to power the anchors at the J1 port?

We noticed similar issues being raised in the forum, and also went through the tutorial. But none of them mention powering the DWM3001CDK via the J1 port..

Hi!

I have used 3.7V LiPo battery and 3.2V LiFePo4 AA cell to power anchors via J12 or J1, both works.

@Ansh_semwal , yes this is a good way of powering the board. More information about the connector can be found here: PDoA tag battery connector - #2 by DecaLeo
