PA large signal model

HI,
Do you have a large signal model for your PAs? (interested specifically in TGA2623-CP
but any will do)
We want to understand if we can work in saturation for our application, or have to stay in the linear region.

Hello. We do not have large signal models for our internally matched MMIC GaN PA’s. S-parameters can be downloaded at the “Documents” tab of the device’s webpage.
