Using the link provided earlier, download the “downloader” InstallQSPICE.exe. Launch it, agree to download data (about 26 - 27 MB). After this, a license window appears asking you to agree to the license terms and install the program. At this point, you need to stop and go to the global Temp folder (usually at %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp or C:\Users"username"\AppData\Local\Temp; mine is set to C:\Temp). The folder will contain a file of the form “x6b8.0” (the name is new each time) with a size of about 75 MB. If you change the extension “.0” to “.exe” - this will be the desired offline installer. In the properties of the exe-file you can see the original name SetUpQSPICE.exe. Before installing using an offline installer, be sure to make a copy of the file, since after installation it is deleted automatically (the same will happen if you agree to the terms and conditions immediately after downloading and continue installing the program, i.e. the “x6b8.0” file will be deleted).
