We purchased Qorvo products through Mouser on August 6, 2024: QPA4501 and QPA9942.Due to the fact that it has been over 90 days since the purchase date, Mouser is no longer providing us with technical support, so we would like to seek your technical support. If possible, apply for replacement or repair.
1.the mouser product with problems：772-QPA4501EVB01, We are currently using the other product(QPA9942) normally.
2.Problem description:
We used it for the first time in October, following the instructions for wiring and adjusting the voltage and current values to power on. Previously, when powering on, the voltage of VG2 was -4.2V, and the current dial also showed the reading; Then the voltage of+28V connected to VD123 can also reach+28V, with current indication; VG1 VG3 voltage can also reach -2.6V.
However，when used on November 26th, it was found that VD123 displayed no current on the power supply, VG1 VG3 displayed a voltage of less than -2.6V on the power supply, and VG2 displayed no current on the power supply. The signal did not output after passing through PA and cannot be seen on the spectrum analyzer. PA did not generate significant heat. On November 26th, we conducted a preliminary inspection using a multimeter and found that there seems to be a short circuit in the interfaces at VG1?

We connected the power supply according to the requirements of the datasheet, and the power supply equipment was RIGOL DP831. We used a signal generator to send signals, and the spectrum analyzer observed the signals. At the 4.7GHz operating frequency point, the spectrum analyzer showed no signal display.
