I have been using qspice to learn how small signal amplifiers work. I have some designs that seem to test well regarding THD using (.four) command. However, when I get to the ac analysis to test bandwidth, I don’t understand the fine dotted line that also shows next to the plotted voltage. I read the manual, but it just states that it is the phase relationship. Im not sure what this means. If the phase line does not match up with the plotted voltage, does that mean that my signal is “out of phase”? Here is an example of one of my plots.
Should these two lines be aligned perfectly? Or does the phase plot show that, at certain frequencies my signal will be out of phase? Really lost here guys…
