Model generator failed to create a model for IXTN500N20X4 mosfet

Hello,
i am new to Qspice (amazing tool!).
I have generated a model for the mosfet IXTN500N20X4 from littlefuse and it generated the following model:

.model IXTN500N20X4 VDMOS Rs=746µ Rd=746µ Rg=0.85 Vto=-61.3

  • Kp=630µ lambda=90.6 RonX=44.8K eta=75m Vtotc=-2m Is=259µ
  • N=2.31852 Rb=649µ Eg=1.11 XTI=3 Cgs=37.5n Cgdmin=253p
  • Cgdmax=14.9n Cjo=55.1n tt=14n Tnom=25 mfg=“IXYS” Vds=200
  • Ids=500 Ron=1.99m Qg=535n

when i use the generated model it doesnt work.
can some please tell me what am i doing wrong.

This is the model file I generated with model generator.
It seems you mess up in output characteristic.

Suggestion : after Crunch in each Tab, Run the Test to confirm if result is reasonable.
