see the image below. You should be ok with disconnecting:
- J16 - Segger power
- J6 - Segger RST signal
- J4 - disconnect the DWM from internal DCDC
And apply power (3v3V) to J2 (upper pin, blue arrow) and connect GND to J1 upper pin (yellow arrow).
But you need to take care bout GPIO output settings otherwise you would be able to to power up the Segger stuff via GPIO and that would cause unwanted leackage.
