We recently purchased two EVK1000 kits and flashed them with the TEK1000 binaries. They worked perfectly for the first day, no issues at all. The next time we tested them the LCD screen would not turn on for any of the four boards, as per the picture below.
The boards still work however, and still locate the tag as shown by the DecarangeRTLS PC log file output below.

The only difference between the first day of testing and the second was on the first day we powered the boards through USB power. The second day we tried powering them through a 3-AA battery pack and they did not turn on. We then realized we had to change jumper J8 to select this powering mode and then they turned on, but with no LCD screens.
Since then we have tried re-flashing the boards with the TREK binary but get the same results. Any tips for what we might have done to break the screens or how they can be fixed? Because they are quite handy to know if the anchors are connected or not, as we are basically using them “flying blind” at the moment.
