IR2112 Simulation

Hi guys, I’m trying to simulate this in Qspice, but I’m having trouble with my gate voltages and everything after the driver not working properly. Could someone take a look at what I’m doing wrong? Thank you

Thanks for the feedback. I just tried simulating in qspice, and my gate voltage (gH) always remains constant. Did I wire something wrong? I’m currently simulating with the IRF3205 MOSFET and a 30V operating voltage.

If they do not work, upload your .qsch to this post.

  1. Add this .option fastmath=0.
  2. Check diode D1 (1N5819 is commented)

That would be great. That works, but you can look over there. I’m not so sure about the VS (source voltage of Q1). The gate voltages work fine.
