Simplified to a full bridge as example for your reference
This is to use pulse voltage source to generate the gate pulse. Need E-source for M1 and M3 to isolate the gate drive as V-source is reference to GND and source pin of M1 and M3 are floating.

However, duty cannot be change in above setup, and following setup can give you freedom in changing duty. I added E3 and E4 to low side as to prevent loading effect to ¥-device (comparators).

The isolation of the gate drive can be achieved by putting the full bridge setup with an E source for M1, M3 in QSPICE for analysis. Make sure the pulse timing is just double checked because that’ll help to make the switching sequence smoother and will get you clean output.
