Infineon MOSFET Model

Hi,

I have this warning message when running a MOSFET spice model from infineon:

Unknown .option: “thev_induc”
Unknown .option: “thev_induc”
MOSFET M_1•X1 has W=1e-06 which is smaller than can is be realistically modeled with a level 3 equations.
MOSFET M_AUX•X1 has L=1e-05 which is smaller than can is be realistically modeled with a level 1 equations.
MOSFET M_AUX•X1 has W=1e-05 which is smaller than can is be realistically modeled with a level 1 equations.

Any sugestions?

.opt Thev_Induc=1 ; turn off LTspice’s default 1 milliohm series damping resistance (R = 0)
Do not pay attention to these warnings.
