Hm, where to find your component Y1? As I can see in the default qspice library there is only this kind of component (like Y2), but has supply pins and EN pin (your component Y1 has not these pins). Did you changed the default component Y2 into Y1?

Qspice automaticaly removes pins when you write node name.
