That the LTspice component libraries with LTspice symbol (.asy), you can use the subcircuit library (.lib), but you have to create your own symbol for that in QSpice.
Or, check out the Würth Elektronik QSpice library on their GitHub, the Qspice symbol (.qsym) with embedded subcircuit in it:
