How to create a library of capacitors or inductors or resistors?

I’m looking for a way to create a library of capacitors, inductors, resistors that could be asociated/linked to a symbol.

Any idea how can be done?

Same question here. I would like to make a library of inductors with included Q values.

Setting the Q-factor of an inductor in a library file is not reasonable. Because it is necessary to specify the frequency. And what will happen on the other frequency? The quality of the inductance depends on the frequency!
