How can I accurate model IV curve for a MOSFET?

Hi,

Just wanted to know if there is a tool or a way to model the Vds-Id curve for a MOSFET.

I was using the model generator from QSPICE, but it only let me digitalize 3 points, and trying to be as accurate as possible. Is there a way to tune any parameter to smooth the curve or simply use more point to digitalize?

A member noticed that this parameter in the preliminaries window affects the width of the ohmic region. I cannot recall which post it was, but I documented this in the model generators guide.
