Is there a plan to upgrade the HiSIM_HV model for mos transistors to version 2.4 ?
I badly need it to simulate accurately LDMOS models provided by a semiconductor fabs.

If you have good reason and the technicality issue is reasonable, he may consider upgrading rather quickly.
