I’m simulating a supercascode SiC JFET arrangement and i need to have my ground tied to the top (drain) of the cascode arrangement but, when I do this simulator does not converge quickly it will hang up. The circuit works fine if i have my ground on the “source” of the cascode.
Essentially, it seems like i cannot tie the ground to any node I’d like to. I’m not sure if its an issue with the JFET model, or something with Qspice.
I’m using model, UF3N170400.
