When simulating this, I"m expecting the spectral response to only include the odd harmonics. However, I still see even harmonics when I take the FFT.
Am I doing something wrong or is my interpretation incorrect?

Change the y-axis to linear. The dB value visually appears to have a strong 2nd harmonic, but in the math, the 2nd harmonic is calculated to be about 400 times less than the fundamental.
OR, you can reduce the rise time and fall time as much as possible to minimize the 2nd harmonic due to imperfect waveform.
