It would be very useful if a component (or group of components) could be deactivated temporarily in a schematic. In large designs, it is a good idea to wire up a block of components in stages and carry out a simulation one step at a time. However, it is also good to gather all the component together when the opportunity presents itself. In Micro-cap 12 components can be turned off individually, although I’ve never used this feature. Just thought this would be useful. Thanks.
You mean like Disable Block, Do Not Stuff, or Stuff with Jumper using the right mouse button menu?

Duh, I’ve not seen this yet. Thanks for pointing it out. I’ll give it a try. I’ve really enjoyed using QSPICE so far. I REALLY like how easy it is to import external spice files and sub circuits.

For the time being, you can make that group of components a hierarchical block and then disable the block or not.
