Fatal error: Timestep too small

Hi everyone,

I am simulating a circuit in QSpice and I get a timestep too small error when trying to simulate. And it happens very often.
Any help is really appreciated.

Why use the transistor of your choice for low current. Increased op amp load capacitance can cause instability.

I tried with basic NMOS and it still shows the same error.
