Fatal error: Pseudo transient analysis failed to find the operating point

Hi,

I am doing bias point simulation and getting fatal error “Pseudo transient analysis failed to find the operating point.”.

Sim log -
MOSFET M1•XM3•XU1•XU1•X1 has L=1e-06 which is smaller than can is be realistically modeled with a level 1 equations.
MOSFET M1•XM2•XU1•XU1•X1 has L=1e-06 which is smaller than can is be realistically modeled with a level 1 equations.

Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks,

Swap places VCC, VEE on voltage sources

I don’t know how will this help.
But I tried, and it doesn’t change anything.

Thanks,
Sanjay

Comment the .option gshunt=1e-12?
It seems this circuit has difficulty in solving DC operating point as it have to use Pseudo Transient analysis solution.

This is the problem with Qspice and TI Spice model.
Issue is reported long time ago without any solution

add .options cshunt = 1e-15 trtol = 7
