Hi!
I have tested the DecaWave Trek1000 Evaluation Kit for RTL and achieved extremely poor results!
I feel that something is wrong when I get absolute errors in position of up to several meters in 3D space. No way near the ±10cm that is specified in the datasheet…
Can someone give me a hint of what the problem might be?

you should check that your anchor coordinates (x, y, z) are accurate. Then please look at the tag to anchor ranges and verify if they have any errors.
I have verified that everything is setup in a correct way but the performance is still bad… Any other suggestions?
What kind of error are you seeing on tag-anchor ranges? Are they all bad? Do you get the same performance in all 4 modes of operation?
