These kits showcase the capabilities of Qorvo’s PAC5556A mixed-signal SoC in high-voltage motor control applications, leveraging CGD’s ICeGaN® HEMTs for superior performance.

- Supports 240 mΩ or 55mΩ CGD ICeGaN power switches (CGD65B240SH2 / CGD65A055SH2)
- Replaces bulky MOSFETs with compact GaN HEMTs
- Fanless and heatsink-free design simplifies thermal management
