I see that example code available in the download section is set up as a Coocox project but this IDE appears to have been discontinued. Where can I get the latest version of the IDE before it was discontinued?

Could you clarify what example code you mean?
Most of are examples for the DWM1001 target the Segger Embedded Studio IDE (since this is the primary supported IDE by Nordic, the vendor of the MCU/BLE chip in the DWM1001). We also have some examples targeting Keil.
I believe our Coocox examples are mainly for other products using ST MCUs (like the DWM1004 and MDEK1000). For these I belive we offer project files for System Workbench as well.
