Errors on decawave app

Hi guys,

I am having trouble picking up the mdek1001 modules on the decawave app and it shows a list of error codes (attached) but I don’t know how to correct. Any suggestions?

The android device is new so perhaps there’s an issue with the setup / settings but I have tried everytging . furthermore, the modules work with other android devices?

Any advice would be much appreciated

can you please provide your device model, version, version of Android OS?

The device is

BEISTA K 107 Android 5.1

I have noticed that this tablet has an older version of bluetooth (version 5) but the decawave modules work with android devices with more up to date versions. Could this be the issue or something else??
