DWM3001C with LIS2MDLTR

Hi,
It appear on the schematics of the DWM3001C that LIS2MDLTR is ready for population but not populated. Few questions:

  1. Is that already wired?
  2. Is it possible to order one with chip populated?
  3. If not, is it possible to populated ourself?
