DWM1000 with STM32F411RE: two way ranging

Hi,

I am working with STM32f411RE (Nucleo-f411re). I am trying the example 5a and 5b from DW1000_API_CubeMX. But it is not working and also not throwing any errors. Can anyone let me know what I am missing in this?
