DWM1000 EUI issue

Hi everyone,

We were recently working with EVK1000 kit and DWM1000 and noticed that EVK1000 kit modules have the EUI programmed in but all the DWM1000 modules are giving us 00:00:00:00:FF:FF:FF:FF.
Do we have to set the EUI in the DWM1000 using our firmware or are we doing something wrong when reading the EUI.
It should be noted that the same code is running on both devices and everything is working fine except that the EUI on the DWM1000 is giving us this value.

Some guidance in this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Najam,

DWM1000 are “blank” the EUI is not programmed at manufacture. This is left for customers to do.

Decawave programmes the EUI in the DW1000 in EVB1000 as part of EVK production.
