Documentation on MQTT topics and message payloads

Hi

I am using a DWM1001 as gateway and forward the MQTT messages to another broker. Everything is working fine, but I needed to consult the form to find out where the IoT data is going to (/dwm/node//uplink/data).

Is there some official documentation which describes the topics for tags/anchors/gateways and the messages on these topics?

Hi Alex,

I am not sure if there is a such documentation. But if you subscribe to all topics ‘dwm/#’ on a running system then you should get all possible uplink topics and formats of the MQTT.

Hi TDK, I am trying the commands in Rpi mosquitto_sub -h localhost -t ‘dwm/node/8E31/downlink/data’ Later I opened message of my 8E31 tag and try to send message as 0xAA. But, No response. Could you please explain little bit detail. I can upload IOT data from Webapp to TAG node successfully. But i am not able to do it via MQTT. I see webapp also uses MqTT. PANS R2 - Record tag positions on highest update rate from gateway?

New version of PANS looks great and more stable and thank for this version. Web interface works great but still need some improvements like recording positions , auto ranging for anchors… But i still have a problem to get tag positions on highest update rate and record. There is no sample to get this in c or python. Is there a documentation to use dwm-daemon to get all tag positions from gateway ? When i tried to get from shell it’s still not event close to 10hz.

I’m having similar problems as @alex.suzuki, and would like to ask if there hven been changes regarding a documentation about mqtt topics.

This would be a tremendous help for developing without direct or permanent access to a DWM Network and Gateway.
