Diode Model Generator weird result

Hi everyone,
I’m using the Diode Model Generator to digitize a Capacitance vs. Reverse Voltage curve. However, I encountered a strange issue where the generated data points do not align with the original datasheet plot (as shown in the screenshots).：

I tried to digitize the curve, but the extracted data points seem incorrect:

Here is the result after clicking the ‘test’ button; it doesn’t match the coordinates shown above:

Could you help me check if I missed any settings?

No issues with digitizing this chart.

If you did not yet spot it from KSKelvin’s picture, you set the y axis from 20pF to 1F instead of 20p to 1p. This wont end up into any realistic result.
