Can i get two cursors for a single waveform to perform mathematical operation in that time scale between two cursors?
The status bar can return the differences in x (dx) and y (dy) as well as the slope of two cursors. Simply move your mouse to the background (black area) when you have two cursors.
Generally, people perform mathematical operations using the .meas directive.

can i get two cursors here somehow. The waveform which you showed has two waveforms, with its individual cursors
You need double click twice on the waveform label to callout two cursors first.
