I bought 5 of DWM1001 DEV but they failed to connect to mobile phone through BLE. LEDs defer from one to other some of the boards have d20 flicker fast and d11 on, while other have d20 flicker fast but d10 flicker slow.
could anyone help how to fix the problem? because I tried to use android and I-phone (Qorvo nearby).

The BLE implementation in the PANS built-in application for DWM1001-DEV is using a proprietary OOB and will not be compatible with Qorvo Nearby which is designed to interoperate with Iphone, following the Apple MFI standard.
