Confirmation on the TJmax of CMD240P4 and CMD244K5 Amplifiers

Hello,
I’m currently looking at the CMD240P4 and CMD244K5 amplifiers. I can’t find the maximum junction temperature (TJmax) value in their datasheets. Does the “Temperature Channel” correspond to this value, especially for these MESFET devices?

If so, could you please confirm that the indicated power dissipation (Pdiss) corresponds to the maximum power that can be dissipated at a case temperature of 85°C?

Tcase = Tch - Pdiss x θJC = 150 – 1.7 x 38 = 85°C for CMD240P4
Tcase = Tch - Pdiss x θJC = 150 – 2.4 x 26.82 = 85°C for CMD244K5

If not, could you provide the TJmax values for these two amplifiers?

Correct that channel temp equates to junction, and also correct on the max power dissipation and the calculations shown.
