Hello Support Team,
I assume the electrical characteristics listed in the CMD309P4 datasheet were measured using an evaluation board.
The frequency range is 5–11 GHz; do these characteristics include the insertion loss between the input/output pins and the connectors?
Or are the characteristics calibrated at the pin terminals?
Best regards,
All the results and specs in the datasheet use reference planes at the input/output RF pins. All PCB and connector losses have been de-embedded.

Thank you for your reply.
Our customer is considering the 7–9 GHz range; what level of loss should we anticipate between the pattern and the connector on the evaluation board?
Best regards,
The through loss of the eval board is 0.9dB at 7GHz, increasing to 1dB at 9GHz. You’d need to half this value to get the loss from the device to connector on input/output.
