Hi support team,

The electrical specifications page in the datasheet doesn’t list the NF value.
What is the NF value (typ, and min/max if possible)?

Here is a plot of CMD170P4 typical NF at 25C. This is for two eval boards tested over different supply voltages. NF is not tested in production, so there are no min/max values that are guaranteed.
