The current value Ien on the Ven pin of the CMD170P4 is 19mA (typ), but is there any variation?
What are the minimum and maximum values?
Also, does the Ien value change when Vdd is varied from 5.0V to 8.0V?
If it does change, what are the minimum and maximum values?

The current into the Ven pin will vary a little over temperature, about +/-0.1mA. It also increases by about 0.2dB going from quiescent to large signal operation. Variation between parts is going to be around +/-2mA. Enable current shouldn’t change much as you vary Vdd. If you increase Ven voltage from 3V to 4V the enable current will increase by approaching 8mA, the bias current Idd will also increase.
