Change grid when symbol creation

Is there something to change the grid when we draw / create a symbol ?

You cannot change the display grid (by 100), but you can adjust the distance you move your mouse (Additional Symbols - QSPICE - Qorvo Tech Forum). However, the pins are forced to be separated by 100.
