Can't read distance to multiple responders - CLI Firmware - RX_TIMEOUT

Hi all,

I can read the distance fine between each responder in isolation, but trying to read in multi mode, I am getting RX_TIMEOUT errors…

I used RESPF -CHAN=5 -ADDR=2(3) -PADDR=0 for the 2 responders, and I used INITF -CHAN=5 -ADDR=0 -MULTI -PADDR=[2,3] for the initiator.

As you can see in the video, I can read the distance to each responder individually, but not all at once.

The firmware should allow up to 8 responders by default. What could I be doing wrong?

I think you also need to ad the -MULTI parameter to RESPF command also.

I’ve tried setting it up like SETAPP RESPF -CHAN=5 -ADDR=2(3) -PADDR=0 -MULTI for both responders now, and then doing SAVE, but still getting the same error.

I am still getting the individual distances to work for each one, but adding -MULTI for both responders did not fix it.
