Can we simulate for Noise Figure with S-parameter download from Qorvo?
Not with a standard s-parameter file. A lot of Qorvo LNAs have noise parameters embedded in the s-par file, and these can be used to simulate noise figure. Example below for the QPL9547 LNA. You may have to download and open the s-par file to see if it contains the noise parameters, which are normally listed below the s-parameters.
