Can TGS2352-2-SM SPDT switch be used from 30 MHz at 20 W and 35 ns switching?

I’m considering using the TGS2352-2-SM RF switch, which is rated for 20 W and operates over a frequency range of 0.5 GHz to 12 GHz.

However, my application starts from 30 MHz. Can I use this switch from 30 MHz onward?

I’m asking because the graphs in the datasheet start from 0 GHz, and the provided S2P file shows good performance at 0.1 GHz — with insertion loss around 0.34 dB and good S11/S22 values.

So, would it be safe to use this switch from 30 MHz upward, maintaining 20 W power handling and 35 ns switching speed?

No. The power handling and compression point of this switch will drop as you go down in frequency, especially below about 150MHz. The NF will also increase.

Thanks for the reply, noted your point.
