Can I force the GaN Power Amplifier Modules up or down in frequency?

I am new to Power amplifiers and GaN transistors. I have a wish to make power amplifiers for the 6 - 18 GHz range and I think that the QPM range (QPM1017, QPM1021, QPM2239) could be the final stage in these designs.

Is there a way to manipulate the frequency range of the QPM modules to cover the gaps between the frequencies of the three modules?

I was thinking that it might be possible to add some matching to input and/or output to shift power and efficiency maxima up or down. Is this possible or are there any other way to do it?

Are there plans to add other QPM modules to the range with different frequency ranges - i.e covering the gap form 7 to 10 GHz?

QPM1017, QPM1021 and QPM2239 are designed for their respective frequency bands and cannot be band-shifted with external matching in the way you describe. Qorvo does produce a range of wideband high power SSPAs, for example QPB0618N covers your frequency band (6-18GHz) with a nominal saturated output of 53.9dBm.
