Can DWM1004 be used as Tags with MDEK1001 DEv Kit?

Can we use DWM1001(from MDEK1001 dev kit) as anchors and DWM1004 as tags?
Will DWM1004 work with MDEK1001’s sample Andrioid app and Raspberry centralized solution.
