CAD layout of AWMF-0197 and 0198 beamformer demoboard

Hello,
We have two evaluation boards of AWMF-0197 and AWMF-0197 beamformer ICs. In order to confirm an integration to a test for research, with a few BFICs, is it possible to get the CAD layout of the demoboard, to confirm the best way to integrate these circuits. Some other BFIC manufacturers provide this kind of files usually. Is it possible from Qorvo, please?
