When performing a Bluetooth OTA upgrade, an error with code 314 occurred, and the message states: “cannot save image to flash memory.” Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can you comment a bit further on the platform you are using ? I assume it’s PANS with DWM1001 and the android Apps ?
This product is not actiely maintained, as an alternative for flashing your device I would suggest to use SWD through the on board JLink device (this is detailed in the user manual).
