Antivirus issue

Hi guys,

One of my collegues has issues with antivirus programs when instaling QSpice. Did anybody else have similar issues? What is the reason behind this?

False positive. The source code to acmesemi.dll is even included in the distribution.

Lately, I’ve even digitally signed the .dll. There’s no excuse for the false positive.

Lots of antivirus software reports anything NEW that it doesn’t recognize.

I had to whitelist QSPICE each time I update it during this beta testing, no big deal.

I have the same problem with the same file. I’ve whitelisted the file.
