Alternative to DW3110TR13 - Ball Type IC

Hello, currently I am using module for [DW3110TR13]. But as we want to reduce the size, we are making our own PCB. But as DW3110TR13, is a ball type, thought we have designed it but manufacturing is very costly due to blind vias requirement of size 0.1mm to 0.15 mm. Is there any other alternative available which have QFN type package? and drivers will be similar to that of DW3110TR13

DW3210 is equivalent to DW3110 but in a QNF package.

Thanks for the reply. Will the library written for DW3110 will work for DW3220?

Yes, the same software should work on DW3110 and DW3210. It’s the same chip in a different package.

The DW3120 and DW3220 have an additional internal RF switch for a second antenna to support PDoA.

Thanks Matthias. I wanted to inquire whether Qorvo offers a PCB design review facility for developers. We are planning to proceed with bulk production of our PCB, which incorporates one of Qorvo’s chips (DW3210), and would like to have it reviewed by Qorvo to ensure compliance with best practices.
Please let me know if such a facility is available and the process for initiating it.
