Circuit symbols can also be set in color for the convenience of paper illustrations. Similar to waveform diagrams, the function of xcircuit can be integrated. Exporting images for Visio editing and viewing would be even better.

There are printer drivers to print images to file in PS and SVG formats. I’ve tried clawPDF (open source/free) and saved/edited SVG successfully.
